Datasource was formed by Judson (Jud) Klinger in September 1991. Mr. Klinger has
over 36 years of experience in title plant systems, title searching and
examination of land titles, oil, gas, minerals and geothermal rights. He
is also a certified pilot.
He has held positions as Title Operations Manager, Chief Title Officer, Senior
Title Officer, Advisory Title Officer, Underwriter and County Manager representing the major
title insurance underwriters in the title insurance industry.
Initially formed for the purpose of providing current sales databases to real
estate appraisers, Datasource's services soon expanded to provide market
analysis for title insurance companies, builders and developers; abstracting and
consulting services for real property attorneys, survey engineers and out of
state title insurers. We also expanded into the area of custom aerial photography for ranch and farm brokers.
Our mission statement today is the same as it was 16 years ago - "to provide the
most up-to-date, accurate databases for our customers as humanly possible at a
reasonable price". Our ability to review and actually understand the record is our key to
making the right database posting and market analysis decisions and is
unparalleled by any competitor. We believe today, as we did when we first
started, there is no substitute for experience.

available to us, coupled with our experience and ability to adapt to, employ and
